- Items must be unused, unbuilt, and in original condition
- All original packaging, pieces, and accessories must be included
Broken or Damaged Items
If your item arrives broken or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Once verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
- Built or modified LEGO® sets
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse, alterations, or normal wear
